Opening Brief in response to CPUC's proposed rate increase for SDG&E

CPUC agrees to hold public participation meetings on San Onofre nuclear restart

CPUC, the California Public Utilities Commission will hold hearings on whether or not the failed nuclear reactors at San Onofre State beach should be restarted. The announcement, reported in today's edition of the UT comes days after UCAN filed a motion demanding public hearings. More.
