We wish to thank Ms. Mittendorff and Ms. Macomber for helping to resolve two problems: one with SDG&E and SBC in January and another with AT&T in March/April. A member of AT&T's legal staff called me a few days ago concerning the removal of their erroneous long distance charge, stating that my concerns have been "duly noted".
