File a Consumer Complaint

Got a problem with SDG&E, San Diego's water department (SPUD), or a Telecom issue?  Click here to complain. [1] We can't always help with your utility complaints, but since 1998, UCAN has logged and helped resolve more than 15,000 San Diego and California complaints.

One of the services that makes UCAN unique is that our Fraud Squad complaint unit helps resolve individual consumer complaints. UCAN has been successfully helping San Diego and all California consumers since 1983.

The Fraud Squad assists San Diego consumers with water issues with the San Diego Public Utilities Department (SPUD), and electricity and gas issues with San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). The Fraud Squad assists San Diego and California consumers with telecommunications issues, including cable television, internet, satellite television, and telephone service.

Remember, if you are a UCAN donor and live in California, you move to the front of the line.
