UCAN demands right of refusal for Smart Meters

UCAN News

UCAN has filed a demand (learn more) with the
California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) insisting that
customers be given the right to refuse Smart Meters.

In May of 2010, UCAN exposed how SDG&E was
forced to replace 30,000 defective meters in
Escondido and Tierrasanta.
